But if they turn away, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper.” So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allah. “They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. That being said, I completely disagree with the Islam religion and belief system. In fact, I would venture to guess that many American Muslims today don’t even know about these violent verses in the Quran. I think Christians can learn a lot from their dedication and devotion to their religion. I believe that the general Muslim people are some of the most pious and reverent people in the world. To this day I still have immense respect and admiration for their devotion to Islam. Having Muslim friends growing up, I observed that they were a very respectful and thoughtful people. I would like to preface this article first by saying that I have immense respect for the Muslim people. Is Islam a peaceful religion? What kind of doctrines are Muslims supposed to adhere to based on their scripture? Below are some violent verses in the Quran.
